Preparing a concrete floor properly

Matching the diamond segment bond to the concrete hardness is the single biggest factor in how well a grinding job goes. A soft bond segment on hard, well-cured concrete wears too slowly and glazes over, while a hard bond segment on soft or newly laid concrete wears away almost immediately.
